🚚 CraftPrice UK Shipping & Delivery Policy
We aim to keep our delivery rules simple, transparent, and affordable. All orders are packed and dispatched directly from our central UK warehouse (Emess Connect Ltd).
1. Dispatch & Order Cut-Off Times
  • Same-Day Dispatch: All orders received before 12:00 PM (Noon) on any working day (Monday to Friday) are processed and dispatched the same day.
  • Next-Day Dispatch: Orders placed after 12:00 PM, or over the weekend, will be securely dispatched the following working day.
2. UK Mainland Delivery Rates & Thresholds
We offer reliable domestic shipping across the UK using Royal Mail and trusted parcel networks:
  • Orders Under £35: A simple, low flat-rate delivery fee of £1.00 (inc. VAT) applies to your cart.
  • Orders of £35 or More: You qualify for FREE Standard Delivery. Your free shipping discount is automatically applied right at checkout.
3. Estimated Delivery Times
  • Standard Service (2-4 Business Days): Lightweight packages up to 400g ship via Royal Mail Second Class. Parcels over 400g travel via Royal Mail or Evri standard delivery tracked grids.
  • Premium Service (1-3 Business Days): Available at checkout for a small extra cost if you require your tape pens urgently.
4. Delivery Zones & International Orders
  • UK Mainland: We deliver domestically to all addresses within the UK, including Northern Ireland. We do not currently ship to the Channel Islands as standard.
  • European Delivery (France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Austria): To guarantee safe, predictable shipping transit times, we offer cross-border delivery exclusively on our high-capacity 48-Pack Wholesale Box (Item 30154). All other single items and smaller multi-packs are strictly limited to UK domestic addresses.
How Our European Delivery Works:
We partner with Shopify Managed Markets to provide a premium, fully trackable express air delivery service using the FedEx and DHL global networks.
  • Fully Prepaid Checkout (DDP): You will experience zero customs clearance delays or surprise courier handling bills upon arrival. Your local European destination VAT, standard customs import duties, and express air labels are calculated dynamically and paid completely upfront at our checkout screen.
  • Live Carrier Pricing: Shipping rates are quoted in real-time based on the weight and volume of our wholesale boxes. You can choose your preferred carrier speed (such as FedEx International Connect Plus or DHL Express Worldwide) right at checkout.
