At CraftPrice, we want you to be completely satisfied with your permanent tape pen purchase. If you change your mind or receive a faulty item, we are here to help.
1. Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them: unused, unopened, and in their original multi-pack packaging.
3. How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact our support team directly via email at emessconnect@gmail.com. Please include your order number and the reason for your return. Returns must be sent back to our central UK mailing warehouse (Emess Connect Ltd).
4. Return Shipping Costs

Change of Mind: If you are returning your tape pens because you no longer need them, the customer is responsible for paying for their own return shipping label.

Damaged or Faulty Items: If your tape pen mechanism is faulty or damaged in transit, please send a photo to our email. We will immediately issue a free pre-paid return shipping label or send a replacement pack out to you.
5. Refunds Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, we will send you an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically back to your original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
